No, I think that someone got Joe and Kevin mixed up causing a rumor to get started. Joe is not getting married. He has been single ever since he and Camille Belle broke up. But Kevin is getting married to Danielle Deleasa sometime this winter. I think they are so adorable together! I'm so happy for him.

I am guessing you mean, when does it premier in Ireland? According to the UK TV guide (http://uk-tv-guide.com/list/Disney/11+September+2009/REFERENCE), It premiered on Friday September 11, 2009. (a couple weeks ago)

I think Miley is still friends with the Jonas Brothers. According to the Disney Dreaming (http://www.disneydreaming.com/2009/03/20/miley-cyrus-and-nick-jonas-friends-really/) site, Miley was quoted saying “Nick and I are total friends. Like the other day we were on the phone for like 45 minutes. We don’t hate each other the way people make it seem! Nick and I love each other to death and I’ll always love Nick. We stay out of each other’s personal lives and just support each other.”

If she is still really close friends with Nick after the two of them broke up, I see no reason she would not be friends with all of them.

Just as an anecdote:

Jay Leno asked Miley "Who is your favorite Jonas Brother? Kevin, Joe, or Nick?"
Miley answered, "Uh I’m gonna go with Frankie the little one." :)
